When storing breast milk, most moms get wedded to a certain type of breast milk storage bag or container.  I’ve tried a lot of different things, so in this video, I walk through some options to help you make an informed choice here.

When storing breast milk, you can either use bottles or breast milk storage bags, which is what I favored.  Watch for more and please share what you used and why it worked for you!

    I ahve always wondered what bags to use.

    I thought you shouldn’t overfill the bag because the breast milk expands when it freezes. Further, I have found when breast milk is caught in the bag zipper, it can freeze, expand and then the milk leaks when it defrosts. I had to waste breast milk once because of this!
