When you’re nursing, you can’t simply throw something on and walk out of the house because your baby might not be able to FIND your breasts when it comes time to nurse him. And you might be caught having to hoist up your shirt and feeling self-conscious. So you need clothing that can hopefully give you a bit of privacy and that can give your baby easy access! What kind of clothes fit the bill?
Breastfeeding Apparel
In this video, I go through some of the options that worked the best for me in terms of breastfeeding apparel. You don’t have to abandon your style just because you’re breastfeeding! For me, the best shirts for breastfeeding had buttons and the best nursing tank top was one that stretches! I often wore the tank top and a button down shirt on top – easy. There are ways to dress this up to look fun, too.
What clothes did you favor when nursing? Please share your experiences below. I would love to hear from you!
