Baby Nap Schedule: How to Transition From 2 to 1

When your baby is ready to go from 2 naps a day to 1 nap. Before you know it, your baby is becoming a toddler, but you probably still have questions about her sleep schedule! A major shift in baby’s sleep pattern is the transition from 2 naps to 1 nap, which happens around 15-months-old to 18-months-old, give or take.
