Heads-up moms! There’s a new recall out today of Imaginarium Activity Walkers because of a possible choking hazard. The Consumer Product Safety Commission announced that Toys ‘R Us is recalling 9,000 of the walkers because the bolts that connect to the wheel can detach. Yikes!
The recalled wooden walkers measure about 19 inches tall and about 13 inches wide and have model number “Toys ‘R’ Us 5F5E972″ printed on the bottom of the activity walkers. Barcode number “3700217300319″ is printed on the bottom of the activity walker box. Luckily there haven’t been any reports of injuries so far.
I never used walkers with any of my babies, but I know they are very popular.
