I think we’ve all had some of those really crummy mornings, where you’re up half the night, exhausted, cranky and everything goes wrong. I call it a no-good-very-bad morning, and it can happen a lot, especially to new moms.
In some cases you might feel doomed to have a horrible day, but there are a few things I try to do to get through those rough mommy mornings. Watch this video for my tips and tricks.
