Hi moms & dads! An important warning tonight about a recall issued by the Consumer Product Safety Commission. Almost 90,000 Graco wooden highchairs have been recalled due to a fall hazard. The seat of the chair can detach from the base and the CPSC suggests that parents who own this chair stop using it immediately and contact Graco for a free repair kit. Graco has received 58 reports of children falling resulting in bumps, bruises, and scratches.
The chairs were sold at stores nationwide including Babies R Us and Burlington Coat Factory, and at Walmart.com and Target.com between September 2007 and December 2010 for about $130.
